Shipping & Delivery
ShopStance makes an utmost effort to maintain the biggest in stock selection for Stance products. However, occasionally a part is on backorder or out of stock in our warehouse. In which case, we will ship directly from the manufacturer. Most in stock items ship out within 24 hours. Due to security reasons we can only ship to the billing address attached to the method of payment that was used. Please see this page for international orders.

All pages on ShopStance which involve private information is secured via industry leading 256-bit encryption. Our security layered is verified, authenticated and backed by Comodo and their $100,000 identity assurance. Your privacy is invaluable and we keep all records secure.
Returns & Replacements
All sales through ShopStance are final. Orders may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice/receipt. All returned and/or canceled orders are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. No cancellations are allowed on special order items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees incured in the returning of merchandise. Any damage claims due to shipping must be made within 24 hours upon delivery.

Phone and walk-in orders are only available during normal operating business hours. Monday thru Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time. Please see this pagefor international orders.
